高职院校校企深度融合模式的探索研究——以山西机电职业技术学院为例

校企合作是我国职业院校发展的必经之路,它要求职业院校和企业共同开展培育人才,合作研究、资源共享等方面的合作。为了提高我校教学质量和服务本地经济的水平,山西机电职业技术学院和山西多立恒机电技术有限公司开展了深入广泛的合作,对高职院校校企深度融合的模式进行了探索。

School-enterprise cooperation refers to the cooperative activities carried out by ocational schools and enterprises through joint education,cooperative research,co-construction of institutions and haring of resources.In order to improve the teaching quality and serve the local economy,Shanxi Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Shanxi Duoliheng Mechatronics Technology Co.,Ltd.have carried out in-depth and extensive cooperation,that explored the mode of deep integration between colleges and enterprises in Higher Vocational colleges.
