蚌埠提升淮河生态经济带安徽中心城市路径研究

Study on the Path of Anhui Central City in the Huai River Ecological Economic Belt

探索蚌埠提升淮河生态经济带安徽中心城市的路径,是基于淮河生态经济带上升为国家战略且由于蚌埠在安徽发展中的重要地位以及对于振兴皖北地区发挥重要作用的大背景。通过对国内外关于区域中心城市的研究,基本明确中心城市的界定、功能和主要特征。比较蚌埠在区域内作为中心城市的主要条件,以SWOT模型给出蚌埠提升中心城市的机遇、挑战、优势与劣势。最后从战略规划和具体路径两个方面给出蚌埠提升淮河生态经济带安徽中心的具体建议。

Exploring the path of upgrading the Anhui central city of the Huai River eco-economic belt is based on the rise of the Huai River eco-economic belt as a national strategy and its important role in Anhui’s development as well as the strategy of revitalizing the North Anhui area. Through the research on regional central cities at home and abroad, the definition, function and main features of the central city are basically clarified. Through Comparison of Bengbu with other cities in the region, the SWOT analyses point out the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the city. Finally, from the two aspects of strategic planning and specific path, the concrete suggestions for upgrading the Anhui center of the Huai River ecological economic belt are given.
