太湖县精准扶贫实践中的问题与对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Practice of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Taihu

自精准扶贫工作开展以来,太湖县的贫困问题明显得到改善。能否真正解决好贫困人口的贫困问题决定着太湖县实现全面小康社会的程度。文章在分析太湖县精准扶贫现状基础上,认为太湖县精准扶贫工作中存在:精准扶贫识别与精准帮扶不够精准、考核机制不够科学合理、“扶志”不够重视,“扶智”投入不足等问题,并针对性提出了完善太湖县精准扶贫工作的对策。

The problem in Taihu County has improved markedly since the introduction of targeted poverty alleviation. But whether the problem of poverty among the poor can really be solved will determine the pace of Taihu County's progress towards an all-round well-off society. This article takes Taihu County as the research object, focuses on the present situation of Taihu County targeted poverty alleviation, explores the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
