基层管理工作者不良话风探析——基于批评性话语分析视角

A Probe into the Bad Talk Style of Grassroots Management Workers——From the Perspective of Critical Discourse Analysis

当下,媒体对社会的监督力度日益增强,对社会不良现象进行批评性报道已成常态,可不少基层管理工作者对这种批评性报道尚不适应,常常采取对抗的态度,上演一出出媒体事件。在事件中他们往往言语失范,甚至说出与其身份不符的雷人之语,严重削弱自身和单位形象,消解管理者和单位的公信力。对这种现象进行批评性话语分析,我们不难看出其主要原因在于某些基层管理工作者错误的权力观和落后的思想观念。因此,新时代,基层管理工作者应该树立正确的权力观和群众利益观,增强服务意识;要加强媒介素养教育,不断提高对媒体的认知能力,改变落后的媒体观,改善与媒体的关系;要加强制度建设,规制权力运行,构建惩戒机制。

Critical reporting of social ills has become the norm;However, many grassroots management workers are still not adapted to such critical reports and often take a confrontational attitude, leading to media events. In the events, they often make inappropriate remarks;Sometimes, they even speak out shocking words, which is inconsistent with their positions. It has severely weakened the image of the organization and themselves, and undermined the credibility of the organization and the manager. Through critical discourse analysis of this phenomenon, it is not difficult to see that the main reason lies in the power misconception and backward ideas of some grassroots management workers. Therefore, in the new era, grassroots management workers should set up a correct view of power, safeguard the interests of the masses, and enhance service awareness. At the same time, they should strengthen learning, constantly improve the cognitive ability of the media, change the backward media concept, and improve the relationship with the media.
