摘要
高校辅导员处于学生工作一线,具有教师和管理者双重身份。本文分析了高校辅导员运用“哲学思维”的涵义与现实意义以及运用“哲学思维”开创工作新局面的实现路径,以期在实际工作中使理论运用于实践。
College instructors are in the front line of student work, with the dual identity of teachers and managers. This thesis intends to analyze the meaning and practical significance of “philosophical thinking” of college instructors and provide new ways to use “philosophical thinking” to create a new path of work, in order to apply the theory in practical work.
