摘要
随着3D打印技术的快速发展,木塑材料已成为新型打印材料.因此设计一款基于STM32的木塑颗粒3D打印机系统.该系统以STM32单片机为控制核心,控制螺杆挤出、挤出温度、底板加热温度以及步进电机运动等实现3D打印.实验结果表明,采用螺杆挤出的设计思路,保留FDM打印机的三维运动机构,木塑颗粒3D打印机能够大幅度地提高打印效率;而且使用木塑颗粒材料降低了打印材料成本,也拓展了木塑材料在增材制造技术的应用范围.
With the rapid development of 3D printing technology,wood-plastic material has become new type printing materials. A wood-plastic particle 3D printer system based on STM32 is designed in this paper. The STM32 microcontroller is used as the control core to control screw extrusion,extrusion temperature,baseplate heating temperature and stepper motor motion to achieve 3D printing. The experimental results show that the wood-plastic particles 3D printer can greatly improve the printing ef- ficiency by adopting the design idea of screw extrusion and retaining the 3D motion mechanism of the FDM printer. Moreover, the use of wood-plastic particles reduces the cost of printing materials and expands its application scope in the field of additive manufacturing technology.
