Design and Construction of Health Lifestyle Experience Pavilion in Sanatorium

目的 通过健康教育指导服务公共平台,提供预防、保健等方面的科学知识,让疗养员充分感受并开展自我健康管理,改变不良行为习惯,建立科学、文明、健康的生活方式。方法 以“维多利亚宣言”指出的健康“四大基石”为主题,规划并建设健康生活方式体验馆,其中包括科学营养体验室、心理健康体验室、智慧生活体验室和健康评估体验室。结果 体验馆为疗养员提供科学的健康指导、健康生活方式干预,调动疗养员对自身健康维护的自觉性和主动性。结论 为维护广大疗养员的全维健康、推动开展自我健康管理,提供有效的健康教育指导服务公共平台。

Objective Through the public platform of health education guidance service, we intend to provide scientific knowledge of prevention, health care and other aspects that enable the recuperators to fully experience and carry out self-health management, change bad behavior habits and form scientific, civilized and healthy lifestyle. Methods With the theme of the “four cornerstones” of health as stated in the Victorian Manifesto, a healthy lifestyle experience pavilion was designed and built, including the science nutrition experience room, mental health experience room, intelligent life experience room and health assessment experience room. Results The experience pavilion provided scientific health guidance and healthy lifestyle intervention for the recuperators, thus arousing their awareness of and initiative in self-health maintenance. Conclusion The experience pavilion has provided effective public platform for health education guidance services, which helps maintain the overall health of the recuperators and promote their self-health management.
