Practice of Dual Closed Loop Management of Loaner Instruments by Combining SPD Operation with CSSD

目的 初探外来医疗器械采用SPD运营服务的新模式,评价外来医疗器械采用该模式集中物流管理与消毒供应中心消毒灭菌质量管理的双闭环管理的效果。方法 采用回顾性方式,将2016、2017年两年使用的外来医疗器械分别作为对照组和观察组,对其管理效果进行对比。结果 两组外来医疗器械处理质量对比显示,清洗质量合格率、包装完好率、返还前清洗消毒率等明显提高;湿包率、配置失误率、丢失率、提前放行率等明显下降。结论 外来医疗器械是各个医院的管理难点,需要积极探索新的管理模式、依托先进的信息化管理手段、完善的管理流程、全程可追溯的质量管理,及多部门共同协作完成。

Objectives To explore a new management model of loaner instruments by using the Supply, Processing and Distribution (SPD) operation and to evaluate the effect of the dual closed-loop management by combining SPD operation with CSSD in centralizing logistics management and disinfection and sterilization quality management. Methods The loaner instruments used in 2016 and 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group respectively. A retrospective study was conducted to compare the management effects of the two groups. Results The results indicated that the cleaning quality rate, packaging integrity rate and cleaning/disinfection rate before return of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The wet package rate, misallocation rate, loss rate and early release rate of the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the control group. Conclusions Since the management of loaner instruments is a challenging issue in each hospital, it is necessary to explore a new management model relying on the advanced information-based management, comprehensive management process, fully traceable quality management and multi-department collaboration.
