Effect of Attendance Management System in Improving the Punctuality Rate of the First Operation

目的评价考勤管理系统在提高首台手术准时率方面的效果。方法对比某军队医院手术室考勤管理系统上线前后的同期首台手术准时率,选取上线前的2017年10—12月2318例首台手术为对照组,上线后的2018年10—12月2442例首台手术为观察组。结果观察组与对照组的手术科室构成差异无统计学意义(χ^2=12.34,P=0.195)。观察组首台手术准时率为61%,对照组首台手术准时率为37%,观察组较高(χ^2=263.25,P<0.01)。各个科室结果相同。结论考勤管理系统的应用可帮助提升首台手术准时率,为接台手术的有序开展提高医疗质量奠定基础。

Objective To evaluate the effect of attendance management system in improving the punctuality rate of the first operation.Methods By comparing the punctuality rates of the first operation before and after the implementation of the operating room attendance management system in a military hospital,the 2318 first operations from October to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and the 2442 first operations from October to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.Results There was no significant difference in the composition of surgical departments between the observation group and the control group(χ^2 =12.34,P=0.195). The punc- tuality rate of the first operation in the observation group was 61%,while that in the control group was 37%. The punctuality rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2 =263.25,P<0.01). The re- sults of each department were the same. Conclusion The application of attendance management system can help improve the punctuality rate of the first operation and thus lay a foundation for improving the orderliness and conti- nuity of operations and promoting the quality of medical services.
