Construction of Health Examination Information Management System for Military Cadres and Officers Based on Multi-Application Platform

目的探索构建适用于不同平台的军队干部健康体检信息管理系统。方法根据军队干部健康体检流程及信息统计管理需求,结合军队干部健康管理层级,应用现代信息技术,设计开发军队干部健康体检信息管理系统。结果开发成功分别用于干休所、门诊部;医院、疗养院及各大单位和军委机关的不同层级应用平台及功能需求的健康体检信息管理系统。结论系统对提高体检工作质量及健康管理水平均有十分重要的意义。

Objective To explore the construction of a military cadres' and officers' health examination in- formation management system suitable for different platforms. Methods According to the procedure of military cadres' and officers' health examination and the demand of information statistics management,combined with differ- ent levels of military cadres' and officers' health management,and by using modern information technology,a com- puter management system for military cadres' and officers' health examination information was designed and devel- oped. Results The computer management system for military cadres' and officers' health examination information was successfully established in line with the application platforms and functional requirements of the different lev- els,including sanatoria,clinics,hospitals,and other major military units and organs. Conclusion The computer management system is of great significance in improving the quality of physical examination and promoting health in- formation management.
