医疗废物信息管理系统构建

Construction of Information Management System for Medical Waste

目的利用信息管理系统对院内医疗废物进行管理,保证医疗废物回收、转运流程安全规范,有效监管,避免医疗废物在院内流失。方法构建医疗机构医疗废物管理信息,由信息化管理模式取代传统医疗废物管理模式。通过Ibea-con蓝牙精准定位技术、4G无线技术,电子、计算机设备自动获取精确数据,实时上传,定位转运小车。工勤人员按指定线路到各临床科室收集医疗废物,使用设备终端读取参与交接人员条形码,实时上传医疗废物信息。监管部门通过在线监测平台查看各科室医疗废物产生、交接、回收等情况。结果医疗废物系统运用后交接流程执行规范,在交接登记完整性、成本考核准确性、监管时间、交接时间等方面均较传统模式有很大改善;管理人员可通过信息后台进行实时监控。结论医疗废物信息管理系统克服传统医疗废物管理模式的部分弊端,缩短监管、交接时间,有助于实时、高效地保证院内医疗废物规范化管理及提升医疗废物监管的信息化和智能化水平,值得推广。

Objective To manage hospital medical waste by using information management system,so as to ensure effective supervision in the safety standards of medical waste recycling and transferring process and to avoid the missing of medical waste in the hospital. Methods Medical waste management information in medical institutions was constructed by replacing the traditional medical waste management model with the information man- agement model. Through Ibeacon Bluetooth precise positioning technology,4G wireless technology,and electronic and computer equipment,accurate data were acquired automatically and uploaded in real time,which helped to locate the transfer vehicles. Meanwhile,ground workers collected medical waste from clinical departments according to the designated routes,read barcodes of handover personnel using equipment terminals,and uploaded medical waste information in real time. Then,the supervisory department would check the medical waste generation,han-dover and recycling of each department through the online monitoring platform. Results The handover process af- ter the application of the medical waste system was standardized,which,compared with the traditional mode,has greatly improved the completeness of handover registration,accuracy of cost assessment,supervision time and han- dover time. Besides,the administrations can monitor the handover process in real time through the backstage infor- mation management. Conclusion Medical waste information management system overcomes some drawbacks of traditional medical waste management mode,shortens supervision and handover time,helps to ensure the standard- ized management of hospital medical waste in real time and efficiently,and improves the informationization and in- telligence level of medical waste supervision. Thus,it is worth promoting.
