Effect of ICU Hand Hygiene Management System in a Hospital

目的分析手卫生信息化管理系统对提高综合ICU医护人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法回顾某院综合ICU使用手卫生信息化管理系统期间,86名医护人员洗手次数和洗手液消耗量,分析该系统对综合ICU医护人员手卫生依从性的影响。结果随着手卫生信息化管理系统的应用,医护人员洗手次数及洗手液消耗量有所增加,其中女性、年龄≤30岁、中级职称医护人员的洗手次数明显增加,洗手液消耗量呈逐年递增趋势,且P值均<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论手卫生信息化管理系统可有效提升医护人员的手卫生依从性。

Objective To study the effect of hand hygiene information management system in improving hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in comprehensive ICU. Methods This paper reviewed the frequency of hand washing and the consumption of hand sanitizer by 86 medical staff after the hand hygiene information manage- ment system was applied in a comprehensive ICU of a hospital,and analyzed the influence of the system on the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in the comprehensive ICU. Results The times of hand washing among the female aged under 30 and among the medical staff with intermediate professional titles increased significantly. The consumption of hand sanitizer has been increasing year by year with statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hand hygiene management system can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.
