Construction of Selection and Evaluation Index System for Post-graduate Supervisors of Master of Medicine

目的为加强临床专业学位导师队伍建设,进一步完善导师队伍管理制度,初步构建临床专业学位硕导选聘及考评指标体系。方法抽取来自本市5家三级甲等医院的专业学位导师专家48名,采用自设问卷调研的形式,运用定量统计法构建临床专业学位硕导选聘及考核模型并确定各指标权重。结果初步构建临床专业学位硕导选聘及考核指标体系,在基本规范、学术水平、指导水平、培养质量4项一级指标下筛选出治学态度等9项二级指标及23项描述性特征要素,并确定各一级指标、二级指标及描述性特征要素的权重分布。结论师德师风、道德规范养成是导师选聘及考核指标的重要构成要素;基础研究水平指标的剔除表明两种学位模式的培养重点与差异有逐步厘清的趋势;临床能力培养质量指标应用须结合培养模式实际。

Objective To improve the management system of post-graduate supervisors of Master of Medi- cine and preliminarily build the selection and evaluation index system for post-graduate supervisors. Methods A sample of 48 senior post-graduate supervisors of Master of Medicine selected randomly from 5 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated using an independently-designed questionnaire. Then,the method of quantitative statistics was adopted in this study to construct the selection and evaluation model for post-graduate supervisors and determine the weight of every index. Results An index system was initially built for the selection and evaluation of post-gradu- ate supervisors. This system comprised four level-1 indexes,namely fundamental norms,academic level,guidance level and training quality,9 level-2 indexes,including scholastic attitude etc.,and 23 descriptive elements drawn from level-2. Meanwhile,the weight distribution of the indexes above was determined. Conclusion Post-graduate supervisors' ethics and ethical training are the most important components of the index system for post-graduate supervisors' selection and evaluation. The exclusion of the basic research level index indicates that there is a tendency to gradually distinguish the different training focuses of science degrees and professional degrees. The index of clinical training competence should be adopted in line with the actual situation of cultivation mode.
