某校医学研究生老年医学教育现况调查

Investigation on Geriatric Education for Medical Postgraduates in a University

目的分析复旦大学医学研究生接受老年医学教育的情况及其效果,为老年医学教育和改革提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对复旦大学附属综合性医院190位在校研究生进行调查。采用卡方检验或Fisher精确概率法进行统计学分析。结果“知道复旦大学有开设老年医学选修课”的医学生有67.9%,“选修过老年医学课程”的医学生有24.7%,“在老年科实习或临床轮转过”的医学生有19.5%。选修过老年医学课程的学生或在老年科实习或临床轮转过的学生,在老年医学相关知识方面回答的正确率或知晓率较高。选修过老年医学课程的学生,对老年医学很感兴趣的比例高于未选修过老年医学课程的学生(27.7%vs.9.8%,P=0.004)。结论接受老年医学教育可以提高医学研究生的老年医学知识,有利于提高其对于老年医学的兴趣,吸引优秀人才加入老年医疗卫生服务或老年医学科学研究的队伍中来。

Objective To investigate geriatric education for medical postgraduate students and its effects,so as to provide reference for the reform of geriatric education.Methods Data of 190 medical postgraduates were collected through questionnaire survey.Chi-square test and Fisher exact probability method were used for statistical analysis.Results 67.9 percent of medical postgraduates know that Fudan University offers elective courses in geriatrics,24.7 percent have taken these elective courses,and 19.5 percent have practiced in the department of geriatrics.Among respondents who have taken elective courses in geriatrics or who have practiced in the department of geriatrics,the awareness rate were higher than that of the other students.Students who took courses in geriatrics showed more interest in geriatrics than students who did not(27.7% vs.9.8%,P=0.004).Conclusion Geriatric education could improve medical postgraduates??awareness of geriatric medicine and stimulate their interest in geriatrics,thus furtherly attracting more outstanding students to get involved in medical services and scientific research in geriatric medicine.
