军队医院文职护士战伤救治能力的质性分析

Qualitative Study on Core Competence of Civilian Nurses in Military Hospitals in War Wound Treatment

目的探索军队医院文职护士战伤救治核心能力的情况,为军队开展有针对性战伤救治实效能力训练提供参考借鉴。方法采用质性研究中半结构式访谈研究法,运用便利抽样法抽取西部甘肃地区3所军队医院参加医院野战医疗保障任务或曾参与灾害救护工作的文职护士12名。结果访谈资料提炼3大主题:战伤环境评估存在恐惧焦虑、缺乏战伤救治专业知识的恐慌、执行任务认同感强烈。结论军队医院开展护理练兵活动,是提高文职护士按纲施训质量的重要抓手,也是激发练兵动力的主要手段,更是提高战伤救治技术实效能力的关键,为军队医院备战练兵培训提供临床参考。

Objective To explore the core competence of civilian nurses in military hospitals,so as to pro- vide reference for the military to carry out targeted training on the effectiveness of war wound treatment. Method Semi-structured interview method in qualitative research was adopted to investigate 12 civilian nurses who had participated in field medical support mission or disaster rescue mission carried out by three military hospitals in Western Gansu. Results The three main themes were generalized in the interview: fear and anxiety in the assessment of war wound environment,fear of the lack of expertise in war wound treatment,and strong sense of identity in task execution. Conclusion Nursing training activities conducted by military hospitals are not only an important way to improve the training quality for civilian nurses according to the program but also the main means to stimulate the training motivation. They are also the key to improving the effectiveness of war wound treatment skills,thus providing clinical reference for military hospitals' training for combat preparation.
