高校体育科学研究方法课程综合改革的行动研究

A Behavioral Research on the Comprehensive Reform of Sports Science Research Methods in Colleges

根据目前高校体育科研方法课的开设现状与存在问题,采用文献法、行动研究法对其进行综合改革。首先,通过对12所高校体育科研方法课程教学大纲的现状分析,发现存在的问题。其次,以问题为导向,进行高校体育科研方法课程内容的分层设计,凸显出课程的系统性、针对性、重点性;还进行现代课程建设的设计,将雨课堂、慕课与现实课堂互为补充,将知识点在翻转课堂上进一步强化,以此提高学生的实践能力。再次,以改革设计为蓝本,实施体育科研方法课程的综合改革,经过2年的实施均取得较好的效果。最后,对高校体育科研方法课的综合改革实践进行反思,认为构建的体育科研方法课分层内容体系,仍需要反复实践与讨论,不断提高科学性;雨课堂提高了学生的学习积极性与参与感,慕课知识点最大限度地全面再现体育科研方法课的内容体系,应成为课程建设的重要方面。

According to the current situation and existing issues of research methods in sport sciences (RMSS) courses in higher education institutions,we did a comprehensive reformation using literature review and behavioral analysis methods.We first found the existing issues through analyzing the syllabus of RMSS courses from 12 higher education institutions.Then we did problem oriented higher education RMSS hierarchical design,highlighted the systematic,directed,and focused characteristics of the course;as well designed how to construct the modern curriculum,rain class,MOOC and real class complement of each other,further strengthen the knowledge in class,in order to improve the practical ability of students.We achieved good results after two years of implementation using a comprehensive RMSS reformation as our blueprint. In the end,reflections were made towards the comprehensive reformation of the RMSS in higher education,the hierarchical design of the RMSS course content should be discussed and practiced repeatedly to improve the scientific nature.Rain class improved the enthusiasm of students and motivated their participation,while the knowledge from MOOC reproduced the RMSS content hierarchy comprehensively,they should be the important aspects of course construction.
