摘要
小学英语应重视语用能力培养。测评是一种有效的促学手段,有助于学生语用能力的培养。CSE为小学英语语用能力测评提供可参考的标准。在界定语用能力基础上,依据CSE明确小学英语语用能力目标,并尝试提出小学英语语用能力测评的构念、标准、方法和内容。
Primary English should lay emphasis on the development of pragmatic ability. As an effective means of improving learning, assessment helps to develop pragmatic ability of the students. China's Standards of English Language Ability puts forward a set of operational standards for assessing primary English pragmatic ability. The goal of pragmatic ability is clarified on the basis of the CSE. And how to assess pupils’ pragmatic ability is also explored from the perspective of assessing construction, standard, methods and contents.
