乡村小学数学教师学习现状的调查与研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对湖南第一师范学院国培数学学员的调查发现,多数乡村小学数学教师都注重自身学习,但在学习内容、方式、驱动力、关键影响因素等存在明显的结构性差异。为更好地促进教师们的学习力提升,可着重从教师的平时学习和在职培训学习两方面,采取激发教师学习内驱动力、充分发挥各种学习资源优势、鼓励教师组建学习型团队和开展多样化的教师培训活动等措施促进小学数学教师学习品质和学习能力的提升。 Through an investigation about primary math teachers from the national training program in Hunan First Normal University, it was found that most teachers from rural primary schools paid attention to self-learning, but there were obvious structural difference in learning contents, approaches, motivation, key factors and so on. With the training purpose of “teaching based on learning and training on demand”, and in order to better promote the improvement of teachers’learning ability, some suggestions are put forward from the ordinary learning and in-service training learning of teachers: stimulating the intrinsic driving force of learning;making the advantages of various learning resources;encouraging teachers to form learning team;carrying out diverse teacher training activities.
