湘东地区农村中小学教育信息化现状调查与研究

Investigation and Research on Current Situation of Educational Informatization of Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Eastern Hunan Province

教育信息化是破解城乡义务教育均衡发展困境的有效路径。通过对湖南醴陵、桂东、攸县、茶陵及平江等湘东地区的农村中小学进行调研发现,农村地区中小学教育信息化建设中存在中小学教育信息化硬件设施不足,数字化教学资源缺乏,教师教学任务过重,信息技术应用能力培训不够,师生信息化教学意识薄弱等问题。教育部门需从完善偏远地区农村中小学信息化基础设施建设、加强农村中小学数字化教学资源的共建共享、加强农村中小学教师信息化教学能力培训、谋划农村中小学教师信息化教学的新发展、提升师生信息化教与学的意识及促进信息技术在师生"教与学"中的深度融合等方面采取相应措施。

Educational informatization is an effective way to solve the dilemma of balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education. Based on the investigation of the primary and secondary schools of Fuling, Guidong, Youxian, Chaling and Pingjiang in eastern rural areas of Hunan province, this paper summarizes the problems in the informational construction of primary and secondary education in remote areas: insufficient hardware facilities in rural primary and secondary schools;lack of digital teaching resources;excessive teaching tasks for rural teachers;inadequate training in information technology use capabilities and weak utilizing awareness of teachers and students in informatization teaching. In response to these problems, it is proposed to improve the informational infrastructure construction of primary and secondary schools in remote areas, strengthen the co-construction and sharing of rural primary and secondary school digital education and teaching resources, reinforce the training of informatization teaching ability in rural primary and secondary schools, develop the informational utilization in rural primary and secondary schools in teaching, and promote the development of teaching. In addition, enhancing the awareness of teaching among teachers and students, proposing specific countermeasures and recommendations to combine information technology in “teaching and learning”should be applied.
