摘要
近年来,不少专家强烈呼吁在教学中应培养学生的思辨能力,而在大学生的英语教学中对学生思辨能力的培养缺乏重视。针对现今大学生中普遍存在的听说障碍及某些教师注重纯语言技能训练等教学问题,广大教师应改变传统的教学模式,开展多样化的教学活动和教学方法如思维导图法和苏格拉底研讨法等手段以培养学生的听说思辨能力。
In recent years, educators have strongly advocated the cultivation of students’critical thinking ability;however, college English teachers have paid little attention to it. According to college students’listening and speaking barriers and some teaching problems, teachers should change the traditional teaching models, and develop various teaching activities and methods such as“mind map”and“Socratic circles”to cultivate students’critical thinking ability in listening and speaking.
