摘要
针对内河、海湾、岛礁航道内受通航高度限制,需经常放倒、立起桅杆的营运船舶,设计绞车控制可倒桅装置,对其桅杆结构、铰链装置、紧固装置、绞车系统及滑轮组等关键技术进行研究,形成系统方案,对提高船舶通航能力具有很强的针对性和实用性,也为船厂建造这类船舶提供有效工艺方案,使设计完整化,生产合理化。
In view of the operational ships in inland river, bay and reef waterways which are restricted by navigation height and need to frequently put down and erect masts, the winch control reversible mast device is designed, and the key technologies such as mast structure, hinge device, fastening device, winch system and pulley set are studied. A systematic scheme is formed to improve the navigation of ships. It has strong pertinence and practicability. It also provides an effective technological plan for shipyards to build such ships, which makes the design complete and the production rational.
