外周血白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-10水平联合检测在早期识别川崎病休克综合征中的应用价值 被引量:4

The application value of early identification of Kawasaki disease shock syndrome by detecting the level of interleukin 6 combined with interleukin 10 in peripheral blood

摘要 目的探讨外周血白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-10(IL-10)水平联合检测在早期识别川崎病休克综合征中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年1月本院因确诊川崎病(KD组)和川崎病休克综合征(KDSS组)患儿各30例,健康组取同期在本院体检的健康儿童30例。比较3组发热第7 d时外周血IL-6与IL-10水平。结果 3组外周血IL-6与IL-10水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F值分别为530.58、947.72,P <0.01)。3组外周血IL-6和IL-10水平两两比较,KDSS组显著高于KD组(t值分别为4.82、8.05,P <0.01),而KD组均显著高于健康组(t值分别为31.06、43.71,P <0.01),KDSS患儿不同休克出现时间外周血IL-6和IL-10水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F值分别为45.72、47.42,P <0.01);不同休克出现时间外周血IL-6和IL-10水平两两比较,≤7 d组显著高于7 d^10 d组(t值分别为6.51、6.64,P <0.01);而7 d^10 d组显著高于≥10 d组(t值分别为3.78、3.62,P <0.01),血液IL-6和IL-10水平与KDSS休克出现时间呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.73、0.76,P <0.01)。结论外周血IL-6和IL-10水平联合检测有助于早期识别川崎病休克综合征。 Objective To discuss the application value of early identification of Kawasaki disease shock syndrome by detecting the level of interleukin 6 ( IL-6) combined with interleukin 10 ( IL-10) in peripheral blood. Methods Children diagnosed with Kawasaki disease ( KD Group) and Kawasaki disease shock syndrome ( KDSS Group) from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospective analyzed,with 30 cases of each disease. And 30 healthy children who examined in the same period were taken as the control group,and then the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 of fever in 3 groups were compared on 7 d. Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood were compared,there was statistical significance on the difference among the 3 groups ( F = 530. 58,F = 947. 72,P < 0. 01). Then the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood were compared between each other,which in the KDSS group was significantly higher than that in KD group ( t = 4. 82,t = 8. 05,P < 0. 01),and that in the KD group was significantly higher than that in health group ( t = 31. 06,t = 43. 71,P < 0. 01). The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of children with KDSS at different shock time were compared,with the differences statistically significant ( F = 45. 72,F = 47. 42,P < 0. 01). The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of different shocks were significantly higher in the ≤7 d group than that in the 7 d-10 d group ( t = 6. 51,t = 6. 64,P < 0. 01). The 7 d-10 d group was significantly higher than the ≥10 d group ( t = 3. 78,t = 3. 62,P < 0. 01). There was a significant positive correlation between the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in blood and the time of KDSS shock ( r = 0. 73,r = 0. 76,P < 0. 01). Conclusion It is helpful to early identify Kawasaki disease shock syndrome by detecting the levels of interleukin 6 and interleukin 10 in peripheral blood.
