滇重楼野生品种与栽培品种核苷类成分质量等同性研究 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]比较不同产地野生滇重楼和栽培滇重楼的核苷类成分含量差异,探讨野生品种与栽培品种是否具有质量等同性。[方法]利用HPLC法对16批野生品种和17批栽培品种的9种核苷含量进行测定,并采用独立样本t检验、聚类分析和主成分分析方法对其进行评价。[结果]独立样本t检验结果表明,野生品种与栽培品种的胞苷、胸苷、2’-脱氧腺苷含量有显著性差异(Sig.<0.05),其余6种核苷的含量差异无显著性(Sig.>0.05)。主成分分析和聚类分析结果表明,野生品种和栽培品种不能依据核苷成分含量的差异加以区分。[结论]野生滇重楼和栽培滇重楼的核苷类成分含量无明显差异,栽培滇重楼可作为野生滇重楼的替代资源使用。 [Objective]The present paper aims to compare the nucleosides contents between wild and cultivated Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis from different regions,and study whether the wild and cultivated varieties had quality equivalence.[Method]The content of 9 nucleosides in 16 wild varieties and 17 cultivated varieties was determined by HPLC,and evaluated by independent sample t test,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.[Result]The results of independent sample t test showed that there were significant differences in the contents of cytidine,thymidine and 2’-deoxyadenosine between the wild and cultivated varieties(Sig.<0.05),while there were no differences in the contents of the other six nucleosides(Sig.>0.05).The results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that the wild and cultivated varieties could not be distinguished according to the difference of nucleoside content.[Conclusion]There was no significant difference in nucleoside content between wild and cultivated Paris polyphylla.And the cultivated Paris polyphylla could replace the wild Paris polyphylla.
