摘要
[目的]本文研究了不同寄主植物对松褐天牛成虫寿命和生殖的影响,为筛选松褐天牛适宜的寄主植物和室内大规模饲养松褐天牛技术提供依据。[方法]在室内的自然条件下,用马尾松、湿地松和雪松等3种寄主植物分别笼养24对松褐天牛雌雄成虫,记录成虫的寿命、产卵前期、刻槽数和产卵量;在温度为25℃、相对湿度75%和避光的条件下,研究不同寄主植物对松褐天牛卵孵化历期、卵孵化率和每雌子代幼虫数的影响。[结果]3种不同寄主植物对松褐天牛雌性成虫寿命、每雌刻槽数、每雌产卵量、卵孵化率和每雌子代幼虫数有显著影响(P<0.05),但对产卵前期、孵化历期均不显著(P>0.05)。松褐天牛取食马尾松的雌性成虫寿命最长(63.13 d)、每雌平均刻槽数最多(150.17个)、每雌平均产卵量最高(108.83粒)、卵孵化率最高(87.36%)和每雌子代幼虫数量最多(95.05头)。[结论]在室内大规模饲养松褐天牛时,马尾松最有利于松褐天牛繁殖。
[Objective]In order to select the appropriate host plant for Monochamus alternatus and to provide a scientific basis for mass indoorbreeding technology of Monochamus alternatus,the effects of different host plants on the longevity and reproduction of adults of Monochamus ulteruatus were studied.[Method]Under the natural conditions of the room,each of the three host plants(Pinus massoniana,Pinus elliottii and Cedrus deodara)was caged to feed twenty-four pairs of Monochamus alternatus Hope adults.The longevity of adults,preoviposition duration,oviposition scars per female and number of eggs laid per female were recorded.[Result]Three different host plants affected the female longevity,number of oviposition scars per female,number of eggs laid per female,rate of eggs hatching and number of progeny per female of Monochamus alternatus significantly,but did not significantly affected preoviposition duration and hatching duration of Monochamus alternatus.The female longevity was the longest(63.13 days),the number of oviposition scars per female was the most(150.17 scars).,the number of eggs laid per female was the highest(108.83 eggs),the rate of eggs hatching was the highest(87.36%),and the number of progeny per female was the most(95.05 larvae)on Pinus massoniana.[Conclusion]The mass indoor-breeding of Monochamus alternatus Hope adults on Pinus massoniana was beneficial to the reproduction of offspring.
