摘要
建筑业信用管理体系的构建对于建筑业的可持续发展至关重要,而执业人员的信用管理是建筑业信用体系的重要组成部分。本文从建筑业执业人员信用管理现状着手,依托区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改、可溯源性等特点,构建其信用管理框架,并指出在设计中应根据建筑业的独特性,采用联盟链。研究设定了人员、企业、项目、监管四类预设节点,详细分析了各节点运作流程,分析表明,新体系有助于建筑业执业资格人员的信用管理。
The credit management system of the construction industry is crucial to the sustainable development of the industry,and the credit management of practitioners is an important part of the industry credit system.This paper analysis the current situation of credit management of construction industry practitioners combined with the characteristics of block chain technology,such as decentralized,tamper resistant,and trusted trace ability query and so on.And then builds a framework of credit management system,and presents four types of preset nodes based on the characteristics of the construction industry,namely personnel,enterprise,project and supervision.The analysis shows that the new system contributes to the credit management of the qualifications of the construction industry.
