如何有效改进小学语文课堂教学小组合作学习

摘要 随着素质教育的不断推进与发展,教师教学手段越来越多元化,学生学习方式愈发多样化,出现了以学生主动学习、自主探究、交流合作为主要模式的小组合作学习方法。尤其是近几年来,这种学习方法被广泛运用到各种课堂教学活动中,是目前为止最受专家关注的一种新型学习方法,同时是一种行之有效的教学方式。但从我国的教学现状看,一些教师仍然主宰着课堂,剥夺了学生主体地位,不益于学生主观能动性的发挥,更不利于课堂教学资源的挖掘,长此以往,不仅会严重挫伤学生学习积极性,更会极大程度地抑制课堂教学效率的提高。 With the continuous advancement and development of quality education,teachers'teaching methods are more and more diversified,and students'learning methods are more and more diversified.There is a group cooperative learning method based on students'active learning,independent inquiry and communication and cooperation.Especially in recent years,this learning method has been widely used in various classroom teaching activities.It is the most popular learning method that has attracted the attention of experts so far,and it is also an effective teaching method.However,from the current situation of teaching in China,some teachers still dominate the classroom,depriving students of their subject status,not benefiting students'subjective initiative,and it is not conducive to the excavation of classroom teaching resources.In the long run,it will not only seriously dampen students'enthusiasm for learning,but also It will greatly inhibit the improvement of classroom teaching efficiency.
