中小城市来华留学生教育现状、困境与对策研究

Study on the Current Situation, Difficulties and Countermeasure of the Education of Foreign Students in Small and Medium-Sized Cities

本文在抽样调查2018年中小城市各高校在读留学生的教育现状和师资队伍情况的基础上,整理并分析了目前来华留学生的语言现状、学习需求、学习动机和教师队伍的基本情况,指出了目前留学生教育困境产生的主客观原因,提出解决问题的相关对策。

On the basis of investigating the current situation of education and teaching staff of overseas students in small-medium cities in 2018, this paper sorted out and analyzed the current situation of language, learning needs, learning motivation and the basic situation of the teaching staff of overseas students in China, pointed out the subjective and objective reasons for the current plight of international students'education, and put forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problem.
