摘要
文章结合作者在中东某国家作为某化肥项目EPC总承包商的采购工作经历,总结遇到的问题和相应的对策,并提出一些思考。
Through the experience of procurement job in an overseas EPC project,some specific problems and situations in the special conditions are summarized;some strategies and considerations are given.Some productive guidance is hopefully provided by this kind of exploration for future projects.
