摘要
文章介绍了一种氰乙酸戊酯的合成方法-酯交换法,首先通过与直接酯化法的实验对比,确定了其优越性,进一步通过单因素实验,考察了回流与蒸出、氰乙酸乙酯与正戊醇的投料配比、保温时间、催化剂用量等因素对产物产率和纯度的影响。最终确定氰乙酸乙酯投料量为56.5g(0.5mol)时,乙醇保温蒸出,氰乙酸乙酯与正戊醇的投料配比1∶1.5,保温时间3h,催化剂用量2g为较合适的工艺条件。产物收率为94.20%,纯度为98.42%。
Transesterification,a method for synthesis of pentyl cyanoacetate was introduced in this paper.Compared with direct esterification byexperiments,the advantages of this method were confirmed.And the effects of reflux and evaporation,ratio of ethyl cyanoacetate to n-pentanol,holding time and catalyst dosage on the yield and purity of the product were investigated by single factor experiments.When the dosage of ethyl cyanoacetate was 56.5 g(0.5 mol),appropriate technological conditions were determined that the thermal preservation method was ethanol steaming,the ratio of ethyl cyanoacetate to n-pentanol was 1∶1.5,the insulation time was 3 h,catalyst dosage was 2 g.The yield of the product was 94.20%.And the purity was 98.42%.
