摘要 2017年波多黎各发生重大自然灾害,为了防止重大自然灾害的发生,特针对该问题设置无人机舰队配置以应对未来可能发生的自然灾害。 In 2017, a major natural disaster occurred in Puerto Rico. In order to prevent the occurrence of major natural disasters, the drone fleet configuration was set up to deal with possible natural disasters in the future.
