摘要 随着教学改革的深入,“以生为本”的教学理念不断强化。在新的《普通高中英语课程标准》中,也给予了直接明确:高中英语课程须面向全体学生,全面施行素质教育。然而,在高中阶段的英语学科,学生的两极分化现象愈发突显,已成为我们教师不可忽视的问题之一。学生之所以学不好英语,成为该科目的学困生,并非完全由于其个人智力的因素导致的,更有社会环境、家庭原因,或者教学方式等因素的影响。我们必须深入分析,理清思路,对学困生采取具有针对性的教育和指导,进而实现对其的转化,达到整体教学水平的提高以及素质教育的提升。 with the deepening of the teaching reform, the "student-based" teaching concept has been strengthened. However, in the English subject of senior high school, the polarization of students has become increasingly prominent, has become one of our teachers can not be ignored. The reason why students do not learn English well and become the students with learning difficulties in this subject is not completely caused by their individual intelligence, but more influenced by social environment, family reasons, teaching methods and other factors. We must make an in-depth analysis, clarify our thinking, and adopt targeted education and guidance for students with learning difficulties, so as to realize the transformation, improve the overall teaching level and improve quality education.
