摘要
对某磷矿进行了矿物学及反浮选试验研究.在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 73.30%,采用硫酸调整剂、SF捕收剂,经过一粗、一精、一扫、中矿逐级返回的闭路流程试验,可获得产率43.38%、P2O5含量35.16%、回收率79.93%的磷精矿,精矿中MgO含量为1.29%,磷精矿质量达到了HG/T2673-95优等品Ⅱ级标准.
The mineralogy and reverse flotation tests of the collophanite were carried out.Under the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 73.30%,the phosphorus concentrate with a yield of 43.38%and a recovery 79.93%was obtained through a closed circuit process of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging with the middlings returning in sequence by using the sulfuric acid regulators and SF collectors.With 35.16%of P 2O 5 and 1.29%of MgO,the phosphorus concentrate has reached the quality requirement of GradeⅡI of HG/T2673-95 standard.
