本文从民族教育的发展状况及近年来教育教学改革中遇到的问题和困难入手,重点探讨了怎样处理社会生活对教育教学的发展需求以及教育教学的发展模式与社会生活需求相适应问题,并就在社会生活中怎样提升自己的文化品质,怎样提高个人的思想品德,怎样满足自己的社会生活需求,怎样体现个人的文化修养等提出了自己的独到见解。

From the development of ethnic education and the reform of education and teaching in recent years, as well as the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of school education, this paper focuses on how to deal with the relationship between the development needs of social life for education and teaching, and the adaptation of the development model of education and teaching to the needs of social life, such as how to improve cultural quality in social life, how to improve their ideological and moral character, how to meet their social life needs, how to reflect their cultural accomplishment, how to deal with -- etc. put forward my own unique views.
