改良早期预警评分在急诊患者院内安全转运中的应用

Application of Improved Early Warning Score in Safe Transfer of Emergency Patients in Hospital

目的探讨改良早期预警评分在急诊患者院内安全转运中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年2月以急诊方式入院经救治后需实施院内转运的患者160例,按照随机原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均包含80例患者。对照组常规实施院内安全转运,观察组则运用改良早期预警评分实施院内安全转运。结果院内转运过程中各类意外事件发生率,观察组以8.75%,比对照组28.75%更低,差异具有统计学意义,P值<0.05。患者的院内安全转运合格率和院内安全转运质量满意度,观察组患者均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论改良早期预警评分能够提高急诊患者的院内转运安全性。

Objective To explore the application effect of improved early warning score in safe transportation of emergency patients in hospital.Methods 160 patients who need to be transported in hospital after emergency treatment from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contains 80 patients.The control group routinely implements safe transportation in hospital,while the observation group implements safe transportation in hospital by using improved early warning score.Results The incidences of various accidents during hospital transportation were 8.75%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 28.75%in the control group,P<0.05,with significant difference.The qualified rate and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved early warning score can significantly improve the safety of in-hospital transport of emergency patients.
