现代医院建设过程中进度管理问题与方法探讨

Discussion on Schedule Management in the Construction of Modern Hospitals

进度管理是在项目的推进过程中,采取一定的措施和方法,对本阶段的工程量、物料、人员、投资等进行科学的合理测算并监督执行的管理过程。进度管理是大型现代医院工程建设的关键环节,直接影响医院建设过程的成效。大型现代医院的建设为项目进度管理提供了实践基础,现从建设大型现代医院的实际角度出发,探讨医院建设过程中进度管理应用存在的问题和进度管理应用的重要性,并提出从进度管理过程的工序定义、工序排序、资源估算、历时估算、进度计划制定及进度控制等方面加强医院工程建设的进度管理和管控,减少由于进度问题给项目质量、范围、成本带来的潜在风险。

Schedule management is a management process in which certain measures and methods are adopted to scientifically and reasonably calculate the quantity,materials,personnel and investment of the project at this stage and supervise its implementation.Schedule management is a key link in the construction of large modern hospitals,which directly affects the effectiveness of the hospital construction process.The construction of large-scale modern hospital provides a practical basis for project schedule management.From the practical point of view of building largescale modern hospital,the author discusses the problems existing in the application of schedule management in hospital construction and the importance of the application of schedule management,and puts forward the process definition,sequence,resource estimation,duration estimation,schedule formulation and schedule control in the process of schedule management.We should strengthen the progress management and control of hospital construction in terms of system and other aspects,to reduce potential risks to project quality,scope and cost due to schedule problems.
