摘要
目的探究精细化数据管理对提升护理质量作用的意义,为医院临床工作提供实践性指导。方法随机选取本院2016年8月-2017年8月收治的50例移植科患者设置为对照组;随机选取2017年9月-2018年9月收治的60例移植科患者作为研究组。对照组患者病情采用常规数据管理,研究组患者的病情在常规数据采集基础上实行精细化数据管理。对比两组患者家属的满意度以及护理质量评分。结果研究组家属满意度高于对照组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化数据管理能够为患者提供更加优质、全面的服务,与此同时还能够提高家属满意度,减少医患纠纷。
Objective To explore the significance of refined data management in improving the quality of medical care and providing practical guidance for clinical work in hospitals.Methods A total of 50 transplant patients admitted to Tongji hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly selected as the control group.60 patients who admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly selected as the study group.The patients in the control group were managed by routine data,and the patients in the study group were subjected to refined data management based on routine data collection.The satisfaction of the family members and the quality of nursing care score in the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine data management can provide patients with better and more comprehensive services,while at the same time improving family satisfaction and reducing doctor-patient disputes.
