急诊内科老年重症心力衰竭的临床治疗研究

Clinical Study on Emergency Medical Treatment of Elderly Patients With Severe Heart Failure

目的探究老年重症慢性心力衰竭患者的急诊内科治疗方法以及治疗效果。方法选取2018年1-12月在我院接受治疗的80例老年重症慢性心力衰竭患者,使用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各40例。对照组接受使用特苏敏(1次/d)消除水肿,使用西地兰(0.1 mg/h)促进心脏收缩,使用硝酸甘油(0.25 mg/次)调整收缩压,试验组患者在对照组患者接受治疗的基础上接受左卡尼汀注射液(1次/d)、注射用烟酰胺(1次/d)联合治疗,2周后对比两组患者的心脏功能恢复情况及治疗有效率。结果试验组患者的心脏功能恢复情况优于对照组,此外试验组患者的治疗有效率为97.5%,优于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用左卡尼汀注射液、注射用烟酰胺能够有效治疗老年重症慢性心力衰竭,恢复心脏正常功能。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure in the emergency medical and analyze the clinical effect.Methods 80 elderly patients with severe chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected.For the test group and the control group,40 cases each.The control group received tesumin(1 time/d)to eliminate edema,cedilan(0.1 mg/h)to promote cardiac contraction,nitroglycerin(0.25 mg/time)to adjust systolic blood pressure,the test group of patients in the control group on the basis of treatment,the combination of L-carnitine injection(1 time/d),injection of nicotinamide(1 time/d),2 weeks after the two groups of patients with cardiac function recovery and treatment efficiency.Results The recovery of cardiac function in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.In addition,the effective rate of the test group was 97.5%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(70.0%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion L-carnitine injection and nicotinamide for injection can effectively treat elderly patients with severe chronic heart failure and restore normal heart function.
