乌拉地尔对高血压肾病危象患者的疗效观察

Effect of Urapidil on Hypertensive Nephropathy Crisis

目的观察乌拉地尔对高血压肾病合并高血压危象患者的疗效及不良事件。方法研究对象来源于福建医科大学附属协和医院急诊科收治患者中符合高血压肾病合并高血压危象患者共105例。采用单中心、随机对照、盲终点评估临床试验方法,观察A组(使用静脉用降压药硝酸甘油注射液及硝普钠注射液)和B组(使用乌拉地尔初始120 mg/h,血压达标后60 mg/h维持)2小时内的降压效果和不良事件。结果(1)治疗30分钟时,血压达标率B组高于A组,分别为97.53%和88.19%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组血压较治疗前均有下降,B组降压作用优于A组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌拉地尔能更安全有效地控制高血压肾病合并高血压危象患者的血压。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse events of urapidil in patients with hypertensive nephropathy complicated with hypertensive crisis.Methods 105 patients with hypertensive nephropathy combined with hypertensive crisis were enrolled in the emergency department of the union hospital affiliated to Fujian medical university.A single-center,randomized controlled,blind endpoint evaluation clinical trial was used to observe the antihypertensive effect and adverse events within 2 hours in group A(treated with intravenous antihypertensive drugs include nitroglycerin and nitroprusside)and group B(treated with urapidil 60 mg/h after the initial 120 mg/h,and the blood pressure was maintained after reaching the standard).Results(1)After 30 minutes of treatment,the blood pressure compliance rate of group B was higher than that of group A,97.53%and 88.19%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)The blood pressure in group B was better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil can control blood pressure more safely and effectively in patients with hypertensive nephropathy and hypertension crisis.
