儿童口腔专科护理质量督导方法的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Improving the Supervision Method of Specific Nursing Quality in Pediatric Dentistry

目的探讨改进护理质量督导方法对提升三甲口腔专科医院儿童口腔护理质量的作用。方法分析原有护理质量督导方法的问题,改进优化护理质量督导方法,将护理质量督导方法改进前、后进行对比研究,以分析护理质量督导方法改进后对护理质量的提升情况。结果实施护理质量督导方法改进后,护理人员对儿童口腔门诊管理、消毒隔离、文件书写、物品管理等护理质量问题及其重复发生率下降(P<0.05),护理问题总重复发生率也降低(P<0.01);医生及患儿家属对护士的非常满意度均提高(P<0.01),基本满意和不满意度下降(P<0.05)。结论护理质量督导方法的优化改进有利于提高儿童口腔专科护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of the improvement of nursing quality supervision method on the quality promotion of oral care for children in third-grade class-A stomatological hospital.Methods Find the problems of the existing nursing quality supervision methods and carry out specific improvement.Subsequently,the nursing quality was compared before and after the improvement of nursing quality supervision method.Results After the optimization of nursing quality supervision methods,the nursing quality problems and the recurrence rate of nursing quality problems such as management,disinfection and isolation,document writing and goods management were significantly decreased(P<0.05).the total recurrence rate of nursing quality problems were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The largest extent of satisfaction degree of doctors and the family members of child-patient to nurses were significantly increased(P<0.01).The basic satisfaction and dissatisfaction degree of doctors and the family members of child-patient to nurses were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion After the optimization of special nursing quality supervision,the nursing quality of oral care for children improved in pediatric dentistry.
