Application of Unsafe Factor Analysis in Neonatal Care

目的对不安全因素分析在新生儿护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法抽取2018年1月-2019年1月的200例新生儿为此实验对象,根据随机分组软件将其分为两组,一组为对照组,应用常规护理,一组为试验组,对不安全因素进行分析,然后给与针对性的护理,对比两组新生儿护理不良事件发生率。结果试验组新生儿总不良事件发生率5.0%比对照组新生儿总不良事件发生率16.0%,数据之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不安全因素分析在新生儿护理中的应用价值较高,有效的提高了护理的质量。

Objective The application effect of unsafe factor analysis in neonatal care was analyzed.Methods 200 newborns were selected for this study.From January 2018 to January 2019,they were divided into two groups according to randomization software.One group is a test group,the routine nursing was applied,and the other group was the experimental group.The unsafe factors were analyzed,and then targeted care was given to compare the incidence of adverse events in the two groups.Results The incidence of total adverse events in the experimental group was 5.0%compared with the incidence of total adverse events in the control group(16.0%).The difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of unsafe factors is of high value in neonatal care,which effectively improves the quality of care.
