口腔冲洗在口腔颌面外科手术患者术后应用的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Oral Irrigation After Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

目的研究口腔冲洗在口腔颌面外科手术患者术后应用的护理效果。方法挑选2018年1月-2019年1月我院收治的90例口腔颌面外科手术患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组45例。对照组采取传统口腔护理,观察组实施口腔冲洗护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组一期愈合率为95.56%,二期愈合率为4.44%,对照组一期愈合率为71.11%,二期愈合率为28.89%,观察组一期伤口愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组清洁度良好率88.89%,清洁度较差率11.11%,对照组清洁度良好率17.78%,清洁度较差率82.22%,观察组口腔清洁度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔冲洗护理应用于口腔颌面外科手术患者,可以较好提高口腔清洁度与伤口愈合率,应用价值高。

Objective To study the nursing effect of oral irrigation after oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods 90 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received traditional oral nursing,while the observation group received oral irrigation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The primary healing rate was 95.56%and the secondary healing rate was 4.44%in the observation group,71.11%and 28.89%in the control group.The primary healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The good cleanliness rate was 88.89%in the observation group,11.11%in the poor cleanliness rate,17.78%in the control group and 82.22%in the poor cleanliness rate.The oral cleanliness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oral irrigation nursing in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery can improve oral cleanliness and wound healing rate.
