摘要
[目的]调查河南省58所三级医院麻醉科护士对加速康复外科理念的知识、态度和行为现况,为推广加速康复外科(ERAS)理念提供保障。[方法]2018年1月—2018年8月采取便利抽样法抽取河南省58所三级医院136名麻醉科护士作为研究对象,采用自制问卷进行调查。[结果]麻醉科护士ERAS知识、态度、行为总分为(182.13±25.52)分,各维度得分由高到低分别是态度(73.16±10.06)分、行为(55.54±6.87)分、知识(53.42±14.11)分。知识与态度、知识与行为、态度与行为之间均存在正相关。不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职称的麻醉科护士ERAS知识、态度、行为得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]三级医院麻醉科护士ERAS知识缺乏,态度积极,实施行为较少。应组建多学科合作团队、加强ERAS专业知识培训,以促进ERAS在国内的开展。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of anesthesiology nurses regarding the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in 58 third grade hospitals in Henan,so as to provide guarantee to promote the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS).Methods:From January 2018 to August 2018,136 anesthesiology nurses from 58 third hospitals in Henan province were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method,and self-made questionnaire was used for investigation.Results:The total score of knowledge,attitude and behavior of ERAS of anesthesiology nurses was(182.13±25.52),and the scores of all dimensions from high to low were(73.16±10.06),behavior(55.54±6.87)and knowledge(53.42±14.11),respectively.There were positive correlations between knowledge and attitude,knowledge and behavior,attitude and behavior.Anesthesiology nurses of different ages,working years,educational background and professional titles had statistically significant differences in knowledge,attitude and behavior scores(P<0.05).Conclusions:The anesthesiology nurses in third hospitals,lack ERAS′knowledge,have a positive attitude and seldom carry out actions.A multidisciplinary team should be set up to strengthen ERAS′professional knowledge training to promote the development of ERAS in China.
