基于软硬结合的柴油车维修模拟教学实训台设计

摘要 针对车辆装备维修人员技能培训,尤其是柴油发动机系统维修技能培训,阐述集虚拟拆装、实车实物训练、电路演示、故障设置与排除为一体的新型柴油发动机维修模拟教学实训台研制,为创新培训手段、提高培训质量、提升车辆装备维修人员岗位技能提供参考。 Aiming at the skill training of vehicle equipment maintenance personnel,especially diesel engine system maintenance skills training,this paper elaborates the development of a new diesel engine maintenance simulation teaching training platform which integrates virtual disassembly and assembly,real vehicle physical training,circuit demonstration,fault setting and elimination.It provides reference for innovating training means,improving training quality and upgrading vehicle equipment maintenance personnel post skills.
