基于关联规律和复杂系统熵聚类的姚乃礼教授治疗慢性胃炎用药规律研究

Professor Yao Naili’s Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Based on Association Law and Complex System Entropy Clustering

目的 利用“中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5)”分析姚乃礼教授治疗慢性胃炎的处方用药规律。方法 选取2017年10月至2019年3月姚乃礼教授于北京同仁堂中医医院专家门诊治疗慢性胃炎的处方146首,运用频数统计、关联规律、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘的方法,对姚乃礼教授治疗慢性胃炎处方进行分析。结果 对筛选出的146首处方进行分析,共涉及180味中药,挖掘出处方核心药物为茯苓、甘草、法半夏、白术、黄连等。常用的药物组合有白术、茯苓,法半夏、茯苓,法半夏、黄连,太子参、白术、茯苓等,并推演出16首新处方,如处方1:竹茹、白芍、桂枝、合欢花、赤芍;处方2:木香、干姜、丹参、郁金。结论 姚乃礼治疗慢性胃炎常以健脾和胃、化瘀通络为法,用药以平为期,寒温并用,根据患者气血阴阳虚实不同随证加减,整体论治。

Objective To analyze the prescription pattern of Professor Yao Naili in the treatment of chronic gastritis by using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform System(V2.5)". Methods From Oct. 2017 to Mar. 2019, Professor Yao Naili′s 146 prescriptions for chronic gastritis in the outpatient clinic of Beijing Tongrentang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.Using data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules and complex system entropy clustering,Professor Yao Naili′s prescriptions were analyzed. Results The selected 146 prescriptions were analyzed:altogether 180 traditional Chinese medicines were involved.The core drugs were poria cocos,licorice,pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala and coptis chinensis etc. Commonly used drug combinations were atractylodes macrocephala & poria cocos , pinellia ternate & poria cocos,rhizoma pinelliae & coptis chinensis,radix pseudostellariae & atractylodes macrocephaly & poria cocos.And 16 new prescriptions were developed,such as prescription 1:bamboo shavings,white paeonia lactiflora, cassia twig,albizia flower,red paeonia lactiflora;prescription 2:banksia rose,dried ginger, salvia miltiorrhiza radix curcumae. Conclusion Yao Naili′s treatment of chronic gastritis often uses the method of invigorating the spleen and stomach,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, and the medicines used are mostly mild,with both cold and warm herbs,added or subtracted according to the deficiency and excess of Qi and blood,Yin and Yang,which is defined as a holistic treatment.
