摘要
自噬是一种通过降解和循环细胞质成分来完成细胞再利用的过程,与肿瘤的发生、发展有着密切的联系。胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是一种侵袭性强,恶性程度高的星形细胞肿瘤。自噬的调节由多条信号通路所调控,这些信号通路也同时调节着肿瘤的发生、发展。自噬在GBM细胞中具有双重功能。少量的自噬可以增加肿瘤细胞的耐药性,从而使肿瘤得以存活。过量的自噬则可以通过自噬性死亡来杀伤肿瘤细胞。更全面地了解自噬在GBM中的作用机制,既有助于改善替莫唑胺(TMZ)的疗效,也有助于发现GBM的新的治疗方向。
Autophagy is a process of cell re-use by degrading and circulating cytoplasmic components,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.Glioblastoma(GBM) is a highly invasive and malignant astrocytoma.The regulation of autophagy is regulated by multiple signaling pathways,which also regulate the occurrence and development of tumors.Autophagy has a dual function in GBM cells.A small amount of autophagy can increase the drug resistance of tumor cells,thus allowing tumors to survive.Excessive autophagy can kill tumor cells by autophagic death.A more comprehensive understanding of the action mechanism of autophagy in GBM will help not only to improve the efficacy of temozolomide,but also to discover the new therapeutic direction of GBM.
