磁共振成像在脑缺血基础研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目前,由于在采用动物模型进行脑缺血的机制研究及药效学评价时,多在单一时间点取材进行病理学检测,所以无法实现对脑功能损伤动态演变进程的观察。而应用常规磁共振成像和功能磁共振成像技术可以实现对动物脑缺血模型脑损伤的活体动态观察。其中,灌注加权成像、磁共振血管成像、弥散张量成像及磁共振波谱成像可观察脑缺血损伤的动态演变进程。未来在脑缺血动物模型的基础研究中,将磁共振成像与病理学结合可以更好地综合评价脑缺血的损伤程度及客观评价药物对脑缺血损伤后脑功能恢复的影响。 Since in the study of mechanism and pharmacodynamic evaluation of cerebral ischemia using animal models,the pathological examination is often carried out at a single time point,it is unable to observe the dynamic evolution of brain function damage.The application of conventional magnetic resonance imaging and functional magnetic resonance imaging can be used to dynamically observe brain injury in animal models of cerebral ischemia in vivo,among which,perfusion-weighted imaging,magnetic resonance angiography,diffusion-tensor imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy can dynamically observe the evolution of cerebral ischemic injury.In the future,the combination of magnetic resonance imaging and pathology can better evaluate the degree of cerebral ischemia injury and objectively evaluate the effect of drugs on the recovery of brain function after cerebral ischemia injury.
