摘要 双能CT的出现为影像诊断提供了更多的解剖与功能信息,大大提高了影像术前诊断准确率。双能CT从基本原理、数据后处理到临床应用特点均不同于传统CT。双能CT可对物质组成成分进行分析并定量测量其含量,在减少伪影进行图像优化,提高时间分辨率、空间分辨率、密度对比分辨率的同时,还增加了能量分辨率。此外,强大的数据后处理功能为影像诊断带来了巨大的改变。目前双能CT的临床应用范围非常广泛,特别是物质分离技术和单能量成像技术在临床的应用已相对成熟,其他技术的临床应用也正在不断挖掘中。 The emergence of dual-energy CT provides more anatomical and functional information for imaging diagnosis ,and greatly improves the accuracy of preoperative imaging diagnosis.The characteristics of dual-energy CT from basic principle,data post-processing to clinical application are different from those of traditional CT.Dual-energy CT can analyze the composition of the substance and quantitatively measure its content,reduce the artifact and optimize the image,improve the temporal resolution,spatial resolution and density contrast resolution,and increase the energy resolution at the same time.In addition,its powerful data post-processing function has brought great changes to image diagnosis.At present,the clinical application of dual-energy CT has been very extensive,especially that the material separation technology and single -energy imaging technology have been relatively mature, and the clinical application of other technologies is being continuously excavated.
