摘要
微RNA(miRNA)是一类小型非编码RNA,与靶信使RNA的3’端非翻译区结合后,介导转录后基因调控,几乎参与所有生命活动和多种疾病的发生发展过程。缺血性脑卒中的发生通常伴随miRNAs表达谱异常,miRNA参与缺血性脑卒中的一系列病理生理过程,miRNA不仅在缺血性脑卒中急性期发挥重要作用,而且能调控卒中后神经和血管新生,深入研究miRNA在缺血性脑卒中作用机制的靶点可为缺血性脑卒中的诊断、治疗及预后提供新的策略。
MicroRNA(miRNA)is a kind of small non-coding RNA,which mediates post-transcriptional gene regulation after combining with the 3’-untranslated region of target messenger RNA,and takes part in almost all life activities,and the occurrence and development of various diseases.Recent studies have found that the occurrence of ischemic stroke is usually accompanied by abnormal miRNAs expression profile.miRNA participates in a series of pathophysiological processes of ischemic stroke.miRNA not only plays an important role in the acute phase of ischemic stroke,but also can regulate poststroke neurogenesis and angiogenesis.In-depth study of miRNA’s targets of the action mechanism in ischemic stroke will provide new strategies for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ischemic stroke.
