摘要
结合钢梁结构形式、安全风险、成本投入、工期等因素对郑州-焦作城际铁路黄河桥主桥钢梁架设方案进行研究。结合原设计指导性施工方案,提出了顶推与悬拼施工相组合,单联双跨无导梁长距离顶推的施工技术方案。对工程措施、工艺工法等关键技术进行了创新性探索,利用MIDAS软件对施工全过程进行了仿真模拟分析,对大型临时设施进行了优化,缩短了工期约4个月。
The erection scheme for steel truss girder of Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo Intercity Yellow River Bridge was studied by combining steel truss structural style,security risk,cost input and construction duration.Combining with the original design instructional construction scheme,the combination of pushing and cantilever assembly construction and construction technical scheme of single module double-span non-guide beam long distance pushing was proposed.The key technologies such as engineering measures and construction methods were innovatively explored.the whole construction process simulation analysis was carried out by Midas software.The large temporary facilities were improved.The construction period was shortened by 4 monthes.
