摘要
石长(石门-长沙)铁路开通运营半年以后,动车组通过上行线直线段某里程时存在异响,车体垂向振动较大。现场针对动车组异响区段轨面状态、钢轨廓形、平直度等进行了详细调查。调查结果表明,动车组异响区段轨面连续存在122 mm左右的不平顺,对应主频与车体垂向异常振动的加速度主频相符。随后依据现场的调查结果制定了个性化的廓形打磨方案,打磨后对异响区段进行了添乘检测。根据轨面状态、廓形观测结果和动车组车体加速度的测试结果可知,异响区段噪声强度明显降低,廓形得到修复,轨面的不平顺状态得到有效改善,轮轨关系改善明显,人体体感改善十分显著。
After halfa year of operation of Shimen-Changsha railway,there is abnormal sound when EMU passes a certain straight section of upper line,and the vertical vibration of the car body is larger. The rail surface state,rail prof ile and flatness at section with abnormal sound of EMUwere investigated in detail. The investigation results showthat there is an irregularity of about 122 mm continuously on the rail surface at section with abnormal sound of EMU,and the corresponding main frequency is consistent with the main frequency of abnormal vertical vibration acceleration of the car body.Then,according to the field investigation results,a personalized prof ile grinding scheme was developed.After grinding,the section with abnormal sound of EMUwas tested by artificial monitoring in EMU.According to the observation results of the rail surface and prof ile,and the test results of the acceleration of the EMUcar body,the sound intensity decreased obviously at the section with abnormal sound of EMU,the prof ile was repaired,the track surface irregularity and the wheel-rail relationship were effectively improved,and the body sensation was greatly improved.
